This was supposed to post at 8 AM but I just came to check in with the blog and noticed that instead of hitting publish last night I hit save. Darn it! So even though it's late, welcome to our second installment of my new weekly series of Baby Boy Scrapbook Pages! This time, I'll be sharing at least one and sometimes more scrapbook pages from my son's First Year Album each week, with plans to make it all the way through to his first birthday scrapbook layouts.
Last week I shared pictures of my sleepy baby and now I have some more special ones to share. I think the picture of our tiny newborn love asleep on Daddy is just too precious. It really shows LB's size a lot better than the one of him alone in the co-sleeper.
This was quick to assemble, I knew I had two horizontal photos so I decided to place them around the middle of my page with a large portion of the page covered by baby themed text paper. The felt stickers were matted on circles so they'd be "grounded" in the design and not floating out there in the middle of no where. They coordinate with the paper and the border strip I used at the top to separate the photos from the title. I punched the ticket out of cardstock and then again out of vellum that I printed onto. The title was made out of colored vellum stickers and accented with large adhesive rhinestones.
Supplies: Patterned Paper, Felt Stickers, Border: Martha Stewart Crafts, Letter Stickers: Mrs. Grossman, Rhinestones: Studio G
