I can't take credit for making these delectable meatballs, my friend Kate made them for their Super Bowl party but was kind enough to wrap up a bunch for Brad who had to stay home sick. But guess who somehow ended up eating most of them, oops! Well, he was too sick and not in the mood to eat much. Wouldn't want anything this tasty to go to waste. Seriously, these were great and one of the very best meatballs I've ever had! They were so good I wanted to share them with you, because it's always nice to have recommendations for new recipes! Both kiddies and I loved them; they're great comfort food and so nice and filling during the cold winter months. You should definitely give them a try too.
