Hello Crafty Friends and Welcome to another Crafty Soiree! Can you belive it's August? Where has summer gone? Some kids are even back in school already! I'm so glad you could join us, and before you add your link below I hope you'll check out the featured projects from last week!
House Number Sign from Alderberry Hill
Part flower box, this sign is a really beautiful addtion to the Sarah's home. No one will miss finding her home, since they've even thought to add a light for when it's dark. I love the wooded setting and colorful garden she is also lucky enough to enjoy!
Driftwood Chalkboard from Revamp Homegoods
Texture and natural elements combine for a lovely rustic piece that adds character and function to a porch. Now if only I could get my hands on some driftwood!
Sisal Rope Frame from Southern Scraps
I must be feeling beachy because I just love the simple upstyling a simple frame gets with a little rope. What a fun natical look, great for all the photos I have along our beloved Great Lakes in Michigan.
Antique Table Re-do from Organization Matters
I just adore painted furniture and what a fantastic makeover a little blue gives to this table. Looking at all the details of the table, just reminds me that most of the time they don't make furniture the way they used to! It looks great with the floral curtains behind it.
How to Mail Homemade Cards from The Real Thing with the Coake Family
I've always wondered how the gorgeous cards I see with layers of pretty embellishments actually get mailed. Love this little tip and the free download!
Party Guidelines
1. Link up to four of your creative projects (No Etsy stores or other linky parties pretty please).
2. Add your link to the specific posts not the main URL.
3. Add a "Crafty Soiree" button to your blog or posts.
4. Please comment on the post linked up in front of you. All partygoers love meeting new friends... don't just stop there...if you see something that catches your fancy-- stop by and say hi!
5. Your hostesses would love it if you'd follow us. You can find Malia here.
Thanks so much for including my DIY House Number Sign among these other fab features!
