Good luck, I hope YOU win :) and now onto this week's featured projects. Speaking of birthdays, are these Giant Birthday Candles from D.I.Y. Dreamer great? What a fantastic project to put out each year. Visit her for the how-to's!
Now that we've got the birthday decor taken care of, here's a beautiful way to present a gift card to the birthday person from Taking Time to Create. Click on over to see the cute covered button closure. If the birthday girl is a little one, here's a really fabulous handmade gift from Designed by Dawn Nicole. Oh heck, who am I kidding, THIS birthday may not be little anymore but I'd still love one too! It is so stinkin' cute, guess you take the kindergarten teacher out of the classroom but the love of alphabet signs stays! Head on over to find out how to make your own giant alphabet canvas.
Since this weekend is St. Patrick's Day, and you've all be linking up the most incredible projects I'd be remiss if I didn't feature a couple for the luckiest day of the year! A Little About A Lot has a fun onesie project that doesn't require sewing so it's perfect for those last minute crafters. My favorite part of this project is what will be on your little one's rear, but you'll have to go see to find out what it is! Super cute!
I'll leave you with a combination birthday AND St. Patrick's Day related project, how's that for multi-tasking :) Meaningful Mama's daughter wanted a rainbow themed birthday party so she whipped up these bright and colorful headbands for each of the little guests. Fun & tutorial included!Party Guidelines
1. Link up to four of your creative projects (No Etsy stores or other linky parties pretty please).
2. Add your link to the specific posts not the main URL.
3. Add a "Crafty Soiree" button to your blog or posts.
4. Please comment on the post linked up in front of you. All partygoers love meeting new friends... don't just stop there...if you see something that catches your fancy-- stop by and say hi!
5. Your hostesses would love it if you'd follow us. You can find Malia here.
Thank you for hosting Katie, I've linked your button on blog and text on post. I'm also following, I thought I was already a follower, oh well am now. Happy crafting!
