My husband practically lives in jeans. They are the perfect type of pants for working on the house, taking our daughter to the park, dinner dates with me, and everything in between. Since he wears them so much, I knew he could use a new favorite pair. He was sent a pair of 281 Straight Fit to try out. We requested the waist size he normally wears but found these to be a lot bigger then expected.
When he wore them to the zoo recently, he felt like all day he was having to pull them up. A belt would fix that issue, but he really doesn't like to wear those and the casual distressed look to the coloring seems at odds with a belt. To him a belt equals dressing up. His sample jeans have a dark rinse but then are distressed and parts look brownish. That made me think they looked kind of dirty. I'd have really them it they'd been the dark color all over.
He did like the softness of the fabric that already had that well washed and comfy feel, and the weight of the fabric with it's nice pliable feel. No stiff jeans here! The price point for a pair, $22.99 online is good, so Brad feels it's worth taking the time to try on a pair for the right fit.
Men's sizes range from 29"-42" and 30"-34"L with fits including 236 Regular, 299 Loose, 285 Relaxed, 281 Straight, 233 Low Boot, 218 Slim Straight, 216 Skinny, and 208 Super Skinny. Prices range from $17.99 to $29.99.

I am clearly no model. What a blow to my self esteem is that picture.
ReplyDeleteI like the picture! He looks so nice and friendly =)
ReplyDeleteMy dENiZEN jeans had wrinkles distressed in, and I would have preferred to have them left out, too. Still very comfy jeans.
Thanks for sending me your wonderful layouts Katie - I have added them to a reader spotlight on my blog, where I plan on showcasing all the wonderful things that people have made using my kits.
