The new digiscrapping release from
Adori Graphics is full of girly fun with bright colors, and lots of cute patterns: polka dots, stripes, and flowers...OH MY! The two little friends are my favorite part. I love that one has brown hair...reminding me of my own cutie patootie!
As soon as I saw all this this kit, I knew it would be perfect for a little project I've been wanting to make for my chicklet.
Daisy and Maisie was just the thing for a little minibook featuring my daughter's friends.
To make it extra sturdy I sized it to fit inside of ID badge holder sheets. That makes it not only super cute, cause aren't mini things just somehow cuter, but also means it's portable. She can wear it around the house like a necklace. If you come here with any amount of regularity, you're probably already aware...my girly loves accessories!
Here's a preview of how the book looks all assembled. I've created a cover, three page options - one of which is less girly (no flowers here☺) for the boys, and three journaling pages. You can place a picture page inside an empty ID holder and write a little bit about the friend on a card to put behind it. Or you can do all picture pages, it's up to you, but please be respectful of the designer's copyright and use this freebie for
Personal Use Only!
Of course, I've got the whole thing available as a download for you too! Here are the photo pages, each with a spot for one picture and a space to add a name. I edited our little friend's names out of the preview for privacy. Just right click and hit save as to download, from left to right:

Friends Page 1,
Friends Page 2,
Button Frame.
Here are links for the journaling inserts, also from left to right:

Daisy and Maisie kit. The Design Team has put together a set of quick pages, so stop by each member to pick them up on our blog train! Here's a full list:

This is a cute idea. My daughter is always talking about her friends. I made a scrapbook for her to put her friends pics in it, but I like this because it's small.
