ER got a Double Kiss Coin Purse and my mom applied hers towards a Turn Lock Wallet both of them in Blue Rhapsody. Yes you do see three bags! Don't worry about me, I didn't leave empty handed! My new Petal Wallet really isn't downsizing from my Clutch Wallet but I ♥ it anyway!
After wearing ourselves out shopping we dropped into a local Coney Island for some refreshment before going to visit my Great Aunts and ER's Great Great Aunts. They just loved seeing her! Oh yes, and somehow we managed to fit a haircut for ER in there too. We were busy ladies!
There was just enough time to pick some homegrown tomatoes with Papa before dinner.

Yum! Nothing says summer like corn on the cob. It's the best grilled; you don't even need any more butter on it. The yellow beans from the farmstand were good too! I love fresh produce straight from the fields.
Then it was time to open presents, doesn't my mom look quite fetching in her new sunhat from my brother Dave? Isn't ER a ham for the camera?
Happy Birthday Mom! Don't worry, I won't share how many candles were on the cake this year. Enjoy the birthday treats we made you!
