All of the kids' wheels are now hanging suspended from the ceiling. It's very cheerful looking in the classroom and everyone likes looking at each other's and the pictures on them.
I thought this project was a nice way to capture a glimpse of your child's interests. It would be interesting to do something along these lines several times throughout childhood and see how things have changed over time. Maybe in an inexpensive mini book, like this, so it wouldn't have to take up much room.

ReplyDeleteLove this, C would def have a blast with this concept. Replace ER's "blue" for "pink" and It hink her and C would have the same wheel..lol
ReplyDeleteWon't that be so fun to look back on later?! =)
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the idea of doing consecutive wheels -- that would be so interesting! Great idea!!
ReplyDeleteMichaela did something similar a month ago. I was scanning magazines but could not find anything. Then I thought...CLIP ART!! It is a fantastic thing!

ReplyDeleteThat is a fabulous idea! It will be interesting to see how it changes up.
ReplyDeleteBy the looks of all the things ER likes, she would get along great with Aiyana!
This is a super idea Katie! I love this and think Joe would really enjoy it too. Plus, it would be fun to see what he picks out for it.
