I love the idea of a birthday banner! I would probably put all our faces on it, so we could put it up for every birthday!
I would probably use it as a welcome home banner. However I do really like the birthday idea.
I think I'm too late to get in on this one for my own blog, so here's to hoping I win yours. I'd love to make a banner that says "CM Crop Today" to put outside my door on the days we have scrapbooking get togethers so people don't feel weird walking right in:)

I would use this to make a play mat for my kids.
