Fall Wall Hanger

I've been enjoying all fall crafts that are popping up on blogs, and recently came across this fun project. I decided to recreate my own version, while trying to use mainly materials from my craft stash. I did a pretty good job too, I was only short five of the jump rings used to connect each panel together.
I also changed the sizes to 4X6 because I already have a big stack of already printed photos that I need to do something with. Plus then I only needed 2 pieces of 12X12 chipboard to make all the panel backings. These four are some of my very favorite fall pictures of ER, taken when she was a 15 months old. It was also the first year we moved back from Santa Fe.

It was pretty easy to make in an evening and now I can see my favorite pictures and they aren't hidden away upstairs. I followed the design of the model fairly closely for where to place the elements, like photos and letters.
The papers are textured and I lifted some elements up on pop dots, like one of the owls on a bottom panel. I used some 3-D embellishements, like the pumpkin, gourds, and leaves that also have a fuzzy texture. I thought that was a fun touch. I also used some rub-ons I got in a package from Target's Dollar Section. The large letters were hand cut and Brad cut the dowel to size for me.
