But first things first, we had to enjoy a yummy pot luck spread! I love trying all sorts of new dishes and getting a taste of this and that! Everything was very tasty, ladies and bravo to Gloria for trying a new dish for the first time. The mushroom risotto was so good:)
We made cards for patients at the Children's Hospital, put together goodie bags for the collegiate chapters we support, and had a major gab fest. Oh and some scrapbooking might have gotten done☺ Plus a bunch of us made plans to meet up at a scrapbook store in the future for more group cropping time. I am so excited about this, because I've always wanted to go to crops but haven't had any friends nearby who are as enthusiastic about scrapping as I am to go with. I really love how joining the alumnae group has shown that sisterhood doesn't end at graduation.

Looks like a great turn out and a lot of fun! I am sorely missing crafty friends in my neck of the woods too! :-(
This is my kind of party!! Looks like so much fun!!!
That is such a fun idea! What a great way to focus on some projects as well as be able to visit with friends! That's a great "mommy time out" that every mom needs I think!
How fun! What a great way to spend time with friends. We ran into ER on Saturday afternoon, downtown w/ your brother & parents. ER said you were having a play-date. I love it!
Hey! both our girls are KD's :o) What college were you a KD? they are at UK's dental school in Lexington now, but became KD's as undergrads in UofL in Louisville.
They still help out at UofL's chapter.
(my hubby on occasion tries to get them to spill on the meaning of AOT! haha...*it's not happening, dad!*
