We did manage to make it over to my parents' house and have our Valentine's celebration with them, only a day later than originally planned. It's a good thing we did because my mom was really looking forward to decorating cupcakes with ER. When I called to tell her we were coming, she expressed happiness followed a pause. Then she said, "Um you and Brad are still going to go out together, right?" Gee, guess I'm not the main attraction anymore☺

My parents and my brother Dave all had a lot of fun playing with her, but she certainly wore them down! She's a very active toddler; when we got back from our baby free afternoon, they were all watching an Elmo video. Cause they needed a break from chasing after her. Welcome to my every day!

Here's the cupcake queen herself, see I told you she was excited to decorate with ER. Her's always taste better than mine cause she makes her frosting from scratch...vanilla frosting...yum!

I'm so glad to see that you got your special afternoon away with your husband. It looks like ER had a fabulous time herself!
I am so jealous you got to go away:)
What a sweet photo with Grandpa. She looks like she is having fun. My kids love to bake with their Grandma.
